Who We Are

After decades of organizing, hosting and facilitating intentional movements and gatherings for groups from 10 to over 3000, Kinvene was formed to partner with others in organizing meaningful programs that cultivate kinship.

Michelle Stransky

Founder, CEO & Kinvener

Prior to forming Kinvene, Michelle was Conference Director at Wisdom 2.0 and founded two community-based initiatives - WisdomWomen and GrowingVillage - through which she organized gatherings from 10 people to over 3k across the globe.

The skills she developed from a decade-long career as a Booz Allen Hamilton consultant for clients such as NASA and Wells Fargo, along with her experience as an Executive Coach, form a strategic foundation from which she guides client projects. As an intuitive and creative organizer, Michelle is a bridge builder who offers a truly holistic approach to how she kin-venes.

We need a vision of community that is relevant and future-facing. A vision that brings us closer to one another, allows us to be vulnerable and imperfect, to grieve and stumble, to be held accountable and loved deeply. We need models of success and leadership that fundamentally value love, care, and generosity of resources and spirit.”

— Mia Birdsong, Author of How We Show Up

Who we work with

We support individuals and organizations in spaces where we grow – particularly around themes such as creativity, regeneration, transformation and collective liberation.

We also have direct experience in the realms of business, technology and mindfulness — working with for-profit and not-for profit organizations. We enjoy building bridges that honor interdependence.
