Liability Release and Assumption of Risk

Effective for all Kinvene and Partner Programs

By participating in any Kinvene or partner program (“Program”), whether online or in person, you acknowledge that participation may include physical, emotional, and interpersonal activities that carry inherent risks.

You understand that some Kinvene programs may invite participants to meet or practice in local, self-organized gatherings, including private homes or outdoor spaces. These gatherings are voluntary and not organized, supervised, or insured by Kinvene.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result, including those caused by other participants or conditions of any location where an activity occurs.

You acknowledge that participation in outdoor or physical activities for any programs with outdoor elements may involve hazards such as uneven terrain, weather conditions, physical exertion, or contact with natural elements. You agree to take reasonable precautions for your safety and to follow any guidance provided by facilitators or hosts.

You agree to release and hold harmless Kinvene Collaborative, its affiliates, partners, facilitators, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in Kinvene or partner activities, whether in person or online.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kinvene. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our programs, community platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Kinvene is a community platform and collaborative hub that hosts and supports transformational programs, learning experiences, and community gatherings. Our programs are delivered through third-party platforms that provide course hosting, community engagement, website services, and payment processing. By participating, you agree to also comply with the terms of those platforms as applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Kinvene programs. By enrolling, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • All program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund policies are specific to each program and stated at checkout. Unless explicitly offered, program fees are non-refundable.

4. Your Responsibilities

By participating in Kinvene programs or communities, you agree to:

  • Engage with respect, care, and integrity.

  • Not harass, abuse, shame or harm others.

  • Not redistribute, copy, or resell program materials without permission.

  • Follow any additional community guidelines we provide.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, graphics, and media are owned by Kinvene and/or our partners. Participants receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, share, or republish program materials without written consent.

6. Community Conduct

Kinvene fosters relational, respectful, and inclusive spaces. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community agreements or disrupt the learning environment, without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kinvene provides educational and community-based experiences. We do not guarantee outcomes, transformations, or specific results. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinvene and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our platforms. For additional details regarding participant responsibility and risk, please see the Liability Release and Assumption of Risk section above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Cruz County, California.
