Kinvene Creator | Production Package

Once you and the Kinvene team determine your readiness to host your offering, you can step into the Production Phase. Production at Kinvene is a partnership. We don't simply hand you a checklist—we steward the process alongside you so that you can focus on teaching, facilitating, and tending your community.

Base Production Package

Production Package: $1,500

  • This meeting will be with your Kinvene Guide and members of the Kinvene team. We’ll orient you to the Production Phase and process, and answer any of your questions.

  • Using the Landing Page copy you developed in the Creators Lab, we’ll create a landing page on the Kinvene platform, including information such as your program description, facilitator bio(s), dates, pricing, and registration links.

  • The Kinvene team will create core marketing graphics, with up to three rounds of edits.

    Once a core design is chosen, sizing variations are included (for social media, newsletters, etc.). Also included are designs for the learning portal (lessons, headers. etc.).

    Additional design options billed under Graphic Design.

  • Participant registration and checkout, payment processing, and basic billing-related customer support.

    Payment processing fees apply (3% + $0.03/transaction) and will be deducted from Partner's final revenue.

  • Program setup in our platform, including access settings, lesson and module structure based on curriculum, and delivery of recordings.

    Platform configuration included; custom workflows billed separately as needed.

  • System-generated emails including registration confirmation, reminders, and access details. Also includes creation of calendar invitations and a feedback survey.

    Custom or content-heavy emails billed separately.

  • Participant support related to access, billing, and basic technical issues.

    Does not include in-session participant tech support or program-related support, unless production or other services are added.

  • All live sessions are hosted on Kinvene’s Zoom account. Kinvene opens each session, confirms settings, assigns the facilitator as host, assigns a backup host, and starts recording.

    Use of Kinvene Zoom is required for all live programs. This allows us to ensure proper settings and upload recordings into the Participant Portal.

    This includes up to 8 live sessions. Additional sessions billed separately.

  • Session recordings saved and uploaded to Kajabi for participant access. Includes video, audio, Zoom transcript and Chat text (if applicable).

    Includes basic handling only; no editing. Editing is available as an added service.

  • Calculation and distribution of partner payouts, weekly and post-program reporting.

    Timing coordinated with partner; final fee may be adjusted by program length/complexity.

Your Lab membership continues and you receive additional support for this Phase, now including:

  • Weekly small group Production calls to answer any questions and address any challenges for your live program

  • Your Guide becomes your Production Steward—tracking timelines, coordinating support, and ensuring your program blueprint is implemented across all aspects of your offering

  • Continued access to the Creator Community for support and to share your process

  • Collaborative post from your program to one of Kinvene’s social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Substack or newsletter)

Add-on Services

Every offering is unique. Add-on services are available as needed and are only recommended when aligned with your goals, timeline and budget.

  • - Dedicated Kinvene producer present throughout live sessions to manage technical and logistical elements.

    - Breakout Room Creation & Management

    - Tech checks with facilitator(s) prior to session start

    - Real-time troubleshooting for facilitators and participants

    - Monitoring and managing chat, Q&A, and participant questions

    - Support with timing, transitions, and overall session flow.

  • Researching and reserving venues, coordination catering, accommodations and participant experience.

  • Outreach, scheduling, coordination, contracts and payment handling for guest speakers.

  • Editing of session recordings or creation of promotional clips.

  • Coordination, uploading and sending of welcome emails, post-session emails, resources, assignments, and responses to participant inquiries.

  • Additional marketing materials, program resources, or PDFs beyond base package.

  • Affiliate setup, tracking, management, and/or promotion via Kinvene.

  • Setup and system support of a dedicated Mighty Networks (MN) or Kajabi Community space for the program. This is used for participant communications with one another and the facilitator(s). In MN, participants will have access to the General Kinvene space and their program space. Participants are able to locate others in the physical regions through this app.

    Can include light moderation, participant support, and operational support beyond setup and onboarding. Creator is responsible for facilitation and moderation of the space.

  • Strategic guidance on program design, structure, or pricing.

  • Continuation of access to portal for recordings after the program ends includes customer service. This is a monthly fee.
