Kinvene partners with facilitators and authors to design, launch, and steward meaningful programs — holding the operational backbone so you can focus on your work.

Base Package

Example The Monthly Pause Monthly Membership

  • This initial consultation is for program scoping + visioning, and also serves as our meet-and-greet. You can break this up into (2) 30-min calls and choose whether you prefer phone/Zoom time or email communication and document reviews.

  • Creation of a dedicated program landing page on the Kinvene platform, including program description, facilitator bio(s), dates, pricing, and registration links. Copy and core program details provided by partner.

  • Creation of up to two core marketing graphics, with up to three rounds of edits.

    Once a core design is chosen, sizing variations are included (for social media, newsletters, etc.). Also included are designs for the Kajabi portal (lessons, headers. etc.).

    Additional design options billed under Graphic Design.

  • Participant registration and checkout, payment processing, and basic billing-related customer support.

    Payment processing fees apply (3% + $0.03/transaction) and will be deducted from Partner's final revenue.

  • Program setup in Kajabi, including offers, access settings, lesson and module structure based on curriculum, and delivery of recordings.

    Platform configuration included; custom workflows billed separately as needed.

  • Setup and system support of a dedicated Mighty Networks (MN) space for the program, if applicable. In MN, participants will have access to the General Kinvene space and their program space. This is used for participant communications with one another and the facilitator(s). Participants are able to locate others in the physical regions through this app.

  • System-generated emails including registration confirmation, reminders, and access details. Also includes creation of calendar invitations and a feedback survey.

    Custom or content-heavy emails billed separately.

  • Participant support related to access, billing, and basic technical issues.

    Does not include in-session participant tech support or program-related support, unless production or other services are added.

  • All live sessions are hosted on Kinvene’s Zoom account. Kinvene opens each session, confirms settings, assigns the facilitator as host, assigns a backup host, and starts recording.

    Use of Kinvene Zoom is required for all live programs. This allows us to ensure proper settings and upload recordings into the Participant Portal.

  • Session recordings saved and uploaded to Kajabi for participant access. Includes video, audio, Zoom transcript and Chat text (if applicable).

    Includes basic handling only; no editing. Editing is available as an added service.

  • Calculation and distribution of partner payouts, weekly and post-program reporting.

    Timing coordinated with partner; final fee may be adjusted by program length/complexity.

  • Editing and polishing partner-provided copy for landing pages, emails, and social posts to align with Kinvene’s tone and clarity standards.

  • Additional marketing strategy, launch coordination, or promotion beyond base materials.

  • Strategic guidance on program design, structure, or pricing.

  • Affiliate setup, tracking, management, and/or promotion via Kinvene.
